PART TIME FOOD & BEVERAGE COCOA BEACH COUNTRY CLUB

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook menu items to high standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
Support special events and catering as needed.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-Time: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

QualificationsQualifications

Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or bar & grill setting preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stay in bending, kneeling, or squatting position for periods less than 10 minutes.  Must be able to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are for Medium Work.
