Job Description
What you’ll do
As a Roving Nights Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential overnight support to people in their own homes, travelling between local visits to ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind throughout the night.
Every night is different, but your impact is always the same — truly life-changing.
You’ll:
Provide overnight care and reassurance to clients in their own homes
Support individuals with personal care, dignity, and respect
Assist with medication, mobility, and toileting needs
Offer companionship during waking nights
Respond calmly and confidently to changing needs overnight
Be a trusted, reliable presence as part of a close-knit local team
