Job Description
The Role:
- Taking client shift requirements and entering them into the system.
- Finding staff members (Carers and Nurses) to fill the shifts.
- Using influencing skills to maximise care coverage
- Working at fast pace and under pressure
- Confirming shifts with clients.
- Confirming shifts with staff members.
- Managing and organising large, dynamic and often complex client rotas.
- Rearranging shift bookings to ensure maximum shift coverage.
- Encouraging staff members to cover shifts when necessary
Qualifications
The Person:
- A background in professional care, ideally with some experience in care coordination.
- A confident persona.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A highly competitive spirit, the desire to work towards goals and the stamina to excel in a fast-moving environment
- Resilience, urgency and a desire to maximise the care provided to vulnerable people.
