Wealth Sales Internship

The Citizens Wealth Management Internship Program provides a dynamic opportunity for students to gain meaningful exposure, experience and insight into the wealth management industry. Interns work directly with the Wealth Management Business Strategy & Development team, contributing to key initiatives that drive business optimization and growth. Throughout the program, interns observe core business processes, deepen their understanding of industry components, and collaborate with colleagues and partners across various business.
Interns gain broad exposure to all facets of the business—from operations and strategy to client services and technology—offering a comprehensive view of how the organization functions. They also develop a wide range of professional skills including project management, data analysis, presentation design and delivery, advanced technical capabilities, and network building. Each intern engages in diverse strategic projects supporting the broker-dealer’s development and completes a capstone project designed to deliver lasting value to CWM—leaving a tangible impact on the business.
Candidate Profile
Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating in Winter 2026 to Spring 2028. (Recent Spring 2026 graduates may also be considered).
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Relevant work experience, leadership involvement and/or coursework (Business majors preferred, but all majors are welcome)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Pay Transparency
The position offers $25/per hour.
