Wealth Management Associate Internship  

Location: Westwood, MA, Johnston, RI & Tarrytown, NY 
Internship Duration: 10 weeks (May 2026 – August 2026) 
Target Candidates: May 2027 graduates 

 

Program Overview 

Citizens Wealth Management is dedicated to developing future leaders in Wealth Management. The Wealth Associate Internship Program offers a unique, immersive experience for students interested in exploring a career in financial services and wealth management. Over 10 weeks, interns will gain hands-on exposure to key home office functions, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to impactful projects. 

This internship is designed to provide a broad understanding of Wealth Management, equipping participants with foundational skills and insights for future success. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance client and colleague experiences 

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance 

  • Support product development and investment solutions for Financial Advisors and clients 

  • Assist in project management for critical initiatives across Wealth functions 

  • Prepare presentations and reports for wealth leadership 

  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency 

  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions 

 

Qualifications 

  • Expected graduation date: May 2027 

  • Minimum GPA: 3.2; Preferred GPA: 3.4+ 

  • Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration. 

  • Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management and financial services 

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment 

 

Pay Transparency
The position offers $30.75/per hour.
