Role is not relocation eligible. 

We are seeking an individual with technical experience, and risk expertise to configure and develop Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions in an on-premises environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy Archer applications while serving as a subject matter expert. You will be the main contact for the Business stakeholders delivering robust and scalable risk management solutions which simplify and automate business processes and risk management activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Using an agile methodology, develop, configure and document technical solutions for Archer (Governance, Risk and Compliance) solutions. 
  • Perform Archer Platform level configuration changes, including modifications to existing solutions, incorporation of new solutions, support of platform level upgrades ensuring system changes align with project goals and mitigate risks during execution.
  • Identify and evaluate alternatives to present the most efficient and cost-effective solution based on high level business requirements providing effort estimates based upon those requirements. 
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing of new or modified Archer solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business partners to gather requirements and gain insight into their business processes.
  • Develop, thoroughly test, and oversee complex programs and modules, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Work with Application and Business owners and business to prioritize tickets, defects, and new work intake.
  • Deploy and support Archer configurations in production environments.
  • Create prototypes, technical documentation, and system workflows.
  • Mentor team members and ensure adherence to development timelines.
  • Adhere to development guidelines and best practices ensuring quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Archer experience required - 5+ years of technical experience in building advanced workflow, access control, UI Design, reporting, dashboards, data feeds, etc. 
  • Business experience working with Compliance and Risk functional areas with a general understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles.
  • Ability to define specifications based upon client business requirements.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with a working knowledge of agile best practices.
  • Strong People skills – ability to interact, influence and partner with colleagues across various departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to document technical designs and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Demonstration of strong logic and reasoning capabilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide junior team members and ensure project success.
  • Extensive experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with non-technical audiences.
  • Motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative; ability to work independently with minimal direction.

 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
  • Role is not relocation eligible. 

Pay Transparency 

 

The salary range for this position is $124,240 – $186,360 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
