Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 10-15 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or MIS reporting, with at least 5-8 years focused specifically on digital analytics within the financial services industry. 5+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role. Proven expertise with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360). Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation frameworks. Proficient in SAS, Pyspark and SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tagging implementation (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager). Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) for advanced analytics.
