We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager required
- High school diploma or higher education
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
- Understand customers - match requirements and concerns to various service options
- Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
- Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
- Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual operating budget.
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
- Hire and supervise all service department personnel
- Manage technician production
- Hold department personnel accountable for performance

- Salary plus bonus pay: $100,000 - $175,000 potential annually
- Full Time to include some Saturdays
