The People Strategy Lead plays a central role in shaping and delivering CIMB’s Group HR strategy. The role drives the design and execution of strategic HR initiatives across Group HR, providing programme leadership, governance oversight, and strategic coordination. Collaborating closely with HR leaders and teams, the role ensures enterprise-wide alignment, effective risk management, and delivery of outcomes that advance CIMB’s people and transformation agenda.
