This role is responsible for managing and strengthening the relationship between iCIMB and the Business Units. It involves managing the business requirements of both Business Units and Process Owners, ensuring the best outcomes are achieved when requests are made to expand or implement new business for iCIMB. The role also manages new business opportunities and drives growth in iCIMB business, in line with the targets set by management. It engages with the business to understand their needs, identifies potential opportunities in service offerings, and evaluates how these can maximize internal business and resources, aligning with management's direction. Additionally, the role ensures reporting and documentation are properly managed and comply with the Group's policies and procedures
