This role is responsible for supporting internal and external customers to ensure the accurate and timely execution of inward and outward payments. It investigates outstanding payments, accurately identifies and resolves discrepancies, and ensures all payment-related queries are managed efficiently. It facilitates prompt issue resolution within the stipulated timeline while maintaining service excellence.
