Ensuring issuance of Letter of Offer and Supplementary Letter of Offer and Overdraft renewal letters and maintenance forms are within the stipulated turnaround time and correctly prepared for Commercial Banking Customers.
Ensure Overdraft renewal letters and maintenance forms are processed within TAT.
Ensure individual KPI is met.
Ensure all transactions are recorded.
Ensure queries & complaints have been attended within TAT.
Ensure adequate measures have been taken to reduce errors.
Ensure statistics & reports are submitted in timely manner.
Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Knowledge on various Commercial Banking offering & product features.
