- Checker & approval: Request/courier and Archival of vouchers : Daily
- Attend branch/vendor inquiry : Daily
- Checker for GPS / IMS : Daily
- Checker boxes send & collect by vendor : Daily
- Archival vouchers branches / checker other archival boxes : Monthly
- Send reminders to branches - delay return retrieval voucher : Monthly
- Adhoc assignment as & when required.
