Sales & Revenue Growth for Regional Go-to-Market, FI, NBFI and GLC
- Own the regional solution strategy for clients that are operating under the Global Account Manager/Regional Network Banking setting
- Build and execute account plans with Global Account Manager/Regional Network Banking team for priority regional clients across multiple countries.
- Drives growth for FI/NBFI/New Economy segmentation, target lists, motions, and routes to market.
- Develop pipeline through thought leadership, and partner motions; maintain accurate forecasts.
Deal Strategy & Consultative Selling
- Lead executive discovery to define problems, outcomes, and decision criteria; develop use-case driven narratives.
- Lead complex pursuits: RFP/RFI response, commercial strategy, pricing structures, and negotiation.
- Align stakeholders across client business, operations, technology, risk/compliance and internal teams.
- Contribute to regional development by providing client feedback and identifying solution gaps or enhancement opportunities
- Provide specialist support for banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurers, payment institution and digital economy businesses
- Share best practices and provide solution training and coaching to country sales and coverage teams
- Manage deal governance: approvals, risk assessment, contracting, and closing discipline.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients with a focus on growing the Bank’s share of wallet.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and product partners to deliver integrated banking solutions.
- Lead the acquisition of deposits and operational flows to deepen client engagement and maximize long-term relationship value.
- Engage in regular sales calls to uncover cash management opportunities with current clients and secure new business from prospective clients.
- To play an active role in providing market insights to inform product development and innovation strategies.
- Work closely with product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure competitive offerings and seamless delivery.
- Stay current on payments modernization (ISO 20022, instant payments), tax/regulatory changes, and open banking/APIs across the region.
