Job Title
Recruiting Lead Analyst
The Recruiting Lead Analyst role will report to the HIH Senior Recruiting Manager and will play a pivotal role within a high-performing Talent team whose main objective is to recruit the best talent in the marketplace. Recruiting Lead Analyst is responsible for driving various recruitment strategy. Coordinate with other Hiring teams in fulfillment of hiring numbers. Track and monitor the candidates’ progress. Provide a seamless experience to candidate and hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Lead Analyst to drive the hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruiting process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. This role will focus on recruiting candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with the RPO/Vendor partners to drive the hiring numbers.
Responsible to evaluating and processing the direct profiles received via career’s page.
Responsible for driving the daily/weekly cadence calls with the respective hiring teams.To ensure interviews are scheduled on timely manner and feedback is collected appropriately.
Own the complete process from screening till onboarding by partnering with respective stakeholders. Candidate/ Business Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and candidates in addressing queries on the Interview Status, Referral Payouts, etc. Organize and participate various recruitment weekday and weekend drives. Candidate Management:
To Track and Monitor the candidate’s interview status submitted via various sources. Drive the respective hiring partners on prompt closures of the profiles on the ATS within the agreed SLAs. Screen, Evaluate, Schedule interviews. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, such as hiring success rates, diversity, and conversion rates.Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Responsible data governance/metrics management for profiles shared via all the channels.
Branding & Marketing:
Work with the marketing team to develop and promote the company’s employer brand on various Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed. Understanding of the latest recruitment trends and techniques. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required during peak recruitment seasons.
