• How you’ll make an impact:
• Conduct in-depth analytics and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within service operations.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboard development and data visualization, to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Perform comprehensive business requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications for reporting and analytical tools.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases.
• Design and implement data modeling solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytical purposes.
• Lead or participate in initiatives to champion data-driven approaches and improvements across the organization.

The must haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in analytics and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail in data accuracy and report generation.
• Proven ability in report writing for various business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated potential or experience in business leadership activities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.
