Buscamos pessoas para trabalhar como Scrum Master e atuar em um projeto do ramo de investimentos.
Responsabilidades:
- Você será responsável por formar e acompanhar equipes ágeis garantindo que elas mantenham e aumentem a velocidade de entrega;
- Deverá acompanhar os indicadores de taxa de vazão e produtividade no detalhe, identificando e atuando em qualquer disfunção;
- Tendo tech lead como apoio, cabe a você o entendimento e refinamento das demandas, assim como planejar as entregas e acompanhar o time, removendo impedimentos e comunicando o status das atividades;
- Você também apoiará nas discussões das soluções (conflitos internos, questões de produtos, questões de comunicação) com a equipe.
Requisitos para este desafio:
- Experiência anterior em cargos de gestão de projetos;
- Experiência com estruturação e evolução de uma equipe de desenvolvimento multifuncional;
- Experiência com metodologia Ágil e seus frameworks como Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc;
- Forte conhecimento em ferramentas de gerenciamento de tarefas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação;
- Pensamento analítico;
- Entusiasta e aberto para utilizar IA Generativa no dia a dia, incentivando o time a melhoras progressivas com a adoção;
- Capacidade de criar relações de confiança com seus parceiros de trabalho;
- Experiência em gerenciamento de riscos;
- Experiência em gerenciamento de escopo e roadmap, planejamento de sprint e refinamento de backlog.
Importante: Você deve ter disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido no nosso escritório em Campinas (Prisma).
