We are seeking for a highly talented and experienced Product Designer to join the design team for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI and UX design, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Understand business processes within an organization/product.
Understand/create user personas and user journeys.
Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for an organization/product.
Collaborate with the product owners to understand technical and business requirements.
Support product teams with feature prioritization.
Producing high-level prototyping through wireframes.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs can be developed.
Complete UI/UX check on the implementation.
Help streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.
Requiriments for this challenge:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma.
Advanced English.
