We are looking for a Squad Leader to be part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationships Lead and coordinate multiple projects running in parallel with different priorities Act as an Agile Leader / Scrum Master across one or more squads Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement practices Remove impediments and escalate blockers when necessary Coach and develop team members, fostering leadership and autonomy Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and performance evaluations Build and follow up Individual Development Plans (IDPs) Ensure high team performance while promoting a healthy work-life balance Support Product Managers by translating business needs into actionable items Maintain and support product backlog, roadmap, and cross-project planning Monitor and analyze team metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators Participate in hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding Promote knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best practices across teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leadership roles such as Squad Leader, Delivery Manager, Agile Manager, or similar At least 2 years of experience in people management and team leadership Previous background as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach Experience managing cross-functional teams with mixed seniority levels (junior to senior) Strong experience working in client-facing roles Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills High level of autonomy, ownership, and decision-making capability Advanced/fluent English

Nice to Have:

Experience working with international clients, especially from the US Background in consulting or digital product companies Experience with portfolio management and resource allocation Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and dashboards Experience mentoring Product Owners, Scrum Masters, or emerging leaders Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and whiteboarding platforms Experience in regulated or highly complex business domains
