JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Concession Attendant will ensure consistent quality products, responsible for the sale and delivery of all food items per menu standards, and overall excellent guest service. Leads concessions attendants during shift and addresses escalated guest concerns as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
  • Greets guests approaching service area.
  • Delegates duties and assign responsibilities to staff.
  • Responsible for attending to escalated guest’s complaints and resolving matters as expediently as possible.
  • Ensures consistent and convincing service according to the company standards.
  • Responsible for selling and delivering all food items on the menu and handling all transactions according to the cash handling policy.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all food service equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items.
  • Must be able to operate all equipment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices.
  • Ensure proper stock of product and supplies needed for service.
  • Responsible for opening and closing inventories.      
  • Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
  • Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of food outlet operations.
  • Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Food Outlet operation effectiveness.
  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s Service Standards
  • Able to interact with internal and external guests in a friendly/fast manner.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Two years of concession or office work experience is preferred.
  • Able to obtain a valid Racing License.

The Team Member is subjected to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.
