Position Summary: We’re Hiring | Jira Administrator (4–6 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Jira Administrator to join our team and support enterprise-scale Atlassian environments.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Jira (Cloud/Data Center), Confluence, and JSM platforms
• Design, configure, and optimize workflows, schemes, permissions, and automations
• Implement and manage advanced automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Strong hands-on experience with ScriptRunner (custom scripts, listeners, post-functions)
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders
• Support integrations with third-party tools and internal systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide BAU support with a strong customer-first mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform governance and best practices

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Jira Administration
• Hands-on experience with Automation Rules & ScriptRunner
• Good understanding of Jira Analytics / Reporting / Dashboards
• Experience managing JSM projects, SLAs, queues, and request types
• Solid knowledge of Confluence space administration and governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Atlassian Certifications
• Experience with enterprise-scale Jira instances
• Exposure to integrations (Git, CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, etc.)
