The Recruitment Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and leading a team of recruiters to attract and hire top talent. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and delivers a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
