Key Objective:
Lead the implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions for actuarial analysis, including multiagent models, embeddings, and automated commentary generation. Develop and enhance tools to support US GAAP valuation, forecasting, and reporting. Drive innovation in actuarial processes through AI, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights for local countries and central teams.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop the AI implementation framework for actuarial analysis, focusing on multiagent models and embeddings.
- Take ownership of the actuarial AI solution and design the target operating model for scalable deployment.
- Lead the design, development, and integration of a web-based user interface to enable users to interact with AI tools for commentary generation, trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Engage with local countries and management to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation.
- Manage cross-functional teams (actuarial, data science, engineering, UI/UX) on the AI implementation project.
- Support actuarial and finance functions in expanding the use of AI tools for valuation, reporting, and analysis.
- Build in-house expertise on AI, machine learning, data engineering, and web development within the actuarial team.
- Oversee the revamp of actuarial processes, managing project timelines and deliverables for AI initiatives.
- Identify manual processes in current reporting and develop AI-powered solutions to automate and streamline workflows
