Principales actividades:
- Brinda atención a clientes que asisten al centro de valuación, recabando información necesaria para identificar el tipo de trámite o asunto que desean realizar y a su vez orientarlos con el departamento o personal de atención correcto.
- Atiende llamadas del conmutador local o foráneo para canalizar y orientar a clientes, proveedores y colaboradores con personal de atención en el centro de valuación.
- Gestiona la recepción y captura de valuaciones en el sistema del área de valuación para el control de turnos de atención a clientes.
- Recibe y registra facturas, cheques, documentos de reembolso y otra mensajería correspondiente al área administrativa del centro de valuación por parte de proveedores de la plaza.
- Registra en bitácora los datos personales de los clientes que acuden a atenciones distintas a la valuación.
¿Qué buscamos?:
- Licenciatura concluida en Administración o económico-administrativas.
- Experiencia de 6 meses trabajando en puestos similares de atención a clientes o recepción.
- Experiencia en manejo de conmutador.
- Manejo de Excel nivel básico.

What you'll do
- The Auto Claims Assistant provides customer service to clients visiting the valuation center, collecting necessary information to guide them to the appropriate department. They also manage incoming calls and handle administrative tasks such as receiving invoices and registering client data.
