About this role

We're looking to hire a Business Administrator to our team here at Mentor in Halifax. A key appointment in our continued success, this is a role that can either be carried out on a part or full time basis.

Salary: Up to £27,000 dependent on experience

Duties:

  • Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased
  • Answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders
  • Resolve basic customers' service or billing complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Marketing and Accounts Support

Experience:

  • A background in business administration
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
