Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Full Time - 72 hours/pay

Night shift (7PM - 7AM)

Weekend & Holiday commitment

ChristianaCare is seeking a RN for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at our Women's & Children's Building on our Newark Campus. Our unit has 84 NICU beds and 6 Post-Partum beds. You will gain extensive experience with our youngest population from 22 weeks gestation and up where you have the opportunity working with different diagnoses and we also have an in-house NICU transport team. Our NICU is a Level lll meaning we do everything except surgery and ecmo in our unit.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • Two years of NICU RN experience required
  • Previous Women's & Children's RN experience required
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
  • BLS certification required
  • NRP certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
