Registered Nurse (RN) - HVIS Preparation & Holding Unit

Full Time - 72 Hours/pay

Rotating Shifts : 8-hour, 10-hour & 12-hours

Saturday weekend rotation (unit closed on Sundays)

Join our dynamic team in the HVIS Prep & Hold Unit—a 36-bed area dedicated to the preparation and recovery of both inpatient and outpatient individuals undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology, and Vascular/Neuro Interventional Radiology Labs. We also support elective cardioversions.

Our recovery care includes patients who have received moderate sedation, general anesthesia, or monitored anesthesia care. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

The successful candidate will also be cross-trained in our Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Lab, expanding your skill set and professional development.

Education & Requirements:

  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.

  • BLS Certification Required.

  • One year of cardiac or critical care experience as a Registered Nurse required.

  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
