Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about managing complex patients but you are ready for a role that offers better work-life balance? Join our growing cancer care team at our brand-new Rehoboth Beach clinic. We are seeking an advanced practice provider who has interest or experience in managing benign hematology.

This is a daytime-only position with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You’ll work with a high level of autonomy while benefiting from strong, collaborative physician support.

Position Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program required
  • License or license eligible in the State of Delaware, and meet credentialing requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
  • Oncology experience required
  • BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $41.00 - $112.75

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
