ChristianaCare Medical Group is a network of community-based primary care and specialty practices dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With more than 140 physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other caregivers, the group leverages integrated systems and electronic health records to enhance care coordination and improve outcomes. Our practices span Delaware and New Jersey, offering comprehensive services in primary care and specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, maternal-fetal medicine, OB/GYN, surgical care, and more. Through close collaboration with ChristianaCare hospitalists, we ensure seamless continuity of care from outpatient visits to hospital stays and back again.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executive Leaders of the Medical Group. The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating the overall activities of the Medical Group in a professional and efficient manner while maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. The Executive Assistant serves as a key communication link between the executive office and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and confidentiality. Additional duties include greeting visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, processing invoices, maintaining time and attendance records, and auditing monthly budget sheets. The role also supports project advancement for Medical Group leadership, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs other related tasks as assigned.
