Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Administrator to lead the management, optimization
and upgrade of our Infor Visual ERP system. This role is primarily focused on ERP system
administration, with secondary responsibilities in general IT support. The ideal candidate will
ensure our ERP platform runs smoothly, supports business operations, and evolves with our growing
manufacturing needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, maintain, and enhance the Infor Visual ERP system, including configuration,
upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues, improvements, and user
support.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to align ERP functionality with
business processes.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system access controls.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades and work with vendors to implement new features or modules.
• Provide training and documentation for ERP users across departments.
• Support general IT functions as needed, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network
support, and user assistance.
Qualifications
• Proven experience administering Infor Visual ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and business operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in firearms or aerospace.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, networking, and cybersecurity
best practices.
• Experience with ERP implementation or migration projects.
Work Schedule
• Full-time position: standard business hours.
• Location: Primarily onsite in Gunnison, Utah.
• Remote Work: Occasional remote work may be available depending on project needs and
performance.
