Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and social activities for residents.

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment during activities, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Document resident participation and feedback to help improve future activities and report to the activities coordinator.
  • Provide companionship and support to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and understanding their individual needs.
