Job Summary
The Project Manager II - ISD is responsible for application and interface planning and development, implementation planning and installation, application training and education, project management, and quality service and support. Project management responsibilities include implementation evaluation and analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning for new projects. Is self-directing and exercises their duties with minimal supervision and functions as a mentor to their peers. Will interact with CHOC associates and management, outside consultants and vendors.Pay Range
Minimum $99,819 Midpoint $132,288 Maximum $164,736Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
Required: Minimum three (3) years of Healthcare Information System implementation experience. At least three (3) years of Project Management experience.
Preferred: One (1) year of supervisory and project management experience with IT personnel.
Education
Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field.
Training
Required: Project management principles, budget management principles. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project Management of operational and capital budgets, and resource management.
Preferred: Microsoft Project Server 2013

Develop and deliver key documents. Proven record of success in previous projects. Measured by budget, scope, schedule and project acceptance document. Serves as a role model in promoting good working relationships across a project. Exercises Project Management Best Practices within the IT PMO. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Personal effectiveness skills, such as time management and setting and achieving goals.
Preferred: Microsoft Project Server 2013, MS Office Suite.
