Job Summary
The Physical Therapist II provides direct patient and family centered care while under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team. This includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plan as necessary. May participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.Pay Range
Minimum $47.99 Midpoint $63.60 Maximum $79.20Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
Required: Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience.
Preferred: Clinical Affiliation in Pediatrics.
Education
Required: Successful completion of accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in related field.
Specialized Skills
Required: Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.
Licensure
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); CA Physical Therapy license.
