You’ll lead A-to-Z program management for integrated campaigns and content, creating the structure and support that allows bold ideas to come to life—on time, on budget, and at the highest level of craft.

You’ll connect strategy to execution, guiding work across every phase: from briefing and concept development to production, delivery, and performance. You’ll bring the right people to the table, manage timelines and resources with precision, and navigate the complexities of modern content production—across platforms, formats, and markets.

Responsibilities

Program & Creative Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of 360 integrated campaigns—from brief through launch.
  • Develop and implement agile creative workflows across strategy, design, production, and activation.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource plans across cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Oversee intake, briefing, approvals, and feedback loops with a focus on speed and clarity.
  • Embed continuous improvement through retrospectives, reporting, and optimization.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Source, onboard, and manage creative, production, and post-production partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, SOW development, and vendor performance tracking.
  • Bridge internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage RFPs, preferred vendor lists, and partner excellence programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Connect the dots cross-functionally, between Creative, Design, Copy, Strategy, Media, Product, Legal, Media, Finance, Leadership and External Collaborators. 
  • Align stakeholders around project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the conduit into the creative team—ensuring inputs are clear and teams are set up for success.

Campaign & Content Production

  • A technical understanding of how to craft and deliver best in class campaigns and content deliverables, from bid specs and pre production, to talent casting and sound design. 
  • Liaise with both internal and external talent to deliver mixed media content including video, motion, photography, and retouching.
  • Oversee shopper and retail production pipelines, ensuring consistency with brand and commercial goals.
  • Uphold quality control and process rigor across all creative output.

Resources Management  

  • Proven network of best in class creative and production collaborators you can call on to build and deliver the creative vision. 
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across integrated campaign workstreams.
  • Track budgets, optimize spend, and surface opportunities for efficiency.
  • Monitor progress and ensure programs stay on track, on brief, and on budget.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, creative operations, or integrated marketing.
  • Deep expertise in managing 360 campaigns with a key strength in content production. 
  • Fluent in creative development and production workflows—including in-house and agency models.
  • Strong project management and financial planning skills.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through delivery.
  • Adept with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable, and creative review platforms.
  • Experience in consumer brands—especially food, CPG, lifestyle, or mission-driven categories—is a plus.

The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $260,000.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
