Uphold documents control processes and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Tracking change forms used for documents modifications.
Communications between departments regarding clarifications of work instructions.
Ensuring up to date documentation is in use throughout the plant.
Creating and managing documents flows within the QMS.
Organizing and assigning periodic reviews of the documents within the QMS platform.
Maintaining tasks assigned in the QMS platform.
Communicating questions and concerns regarding changes to process to the Quality Department
Following and attending relevant development activities to gather information needed for initial work instructions of new processes.
Creating assigned documents for use by various departments.
Uploading, editing, and making obsolete documents within the QMS Platforms.
QualificationsQualifications:
Good attendance
Capable of working patiently with people.
Typing and computer skills at a moderate to advanced level.
Experience working with Windows office Programs.
Willingness to learn and understand processes and procedure based around document control and QMS.
Good Grammar
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take good notes.
Open to change and willing to learn.
Able to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to support other departments as needed, work overtime on short notice.
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 requirements as it pertains to document control.
