Job Description

Consults with hiring managers to identify and source the right candidates and deliver a positive experience internally and externally in the recruitment process.

Experience

  • Two years of experience in high volume recruiting or equivalent experience in human resources/ recruiting support; or combination of experience
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in high volume recruiting of professional, clinical, physician or information technology positions
  • Experience in human resources
  • Experience in corporate or agency healthcare recruitment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of positions.
  • Assists in the creation of sourcing strategies to identify and attract high quality candidates.
  • Manages posting and advertising for assigned positions as needed.
  • Identifies high caliber candidates for current and anticipated job opportunities.
  • Assesses, qualifies, and prioritizes candidates according to how well they match and exceed position requirements.
  • Keeps hiring managers informed throughout the hiring process with updates and timely communication.
  • Ensures all candidates have an ideal experience by providing timely contact, feedback, and support.
  • Ensures data integrity by using all available technology and systems to accurately capture, track, and report relevant data in real time.
  • Establishes strong relationships across Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and a reputation among hiring managers as a consultative partner who understands their units/departments, position requirements, and anticipated openings.
  • Meets regularly with hiring managers regarding open / anticipated positions, candidates identified in process and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists with delivery of projects related to recruitment initiatives.
  • Participates regularly in networking activities and recruiting events.
  • Networks in the community and builds relationships across institutions.
