About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a StarCard Growth and Operations Specialist. This role will be based in Brisbane Head Office.
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring profitable fleet customer growth and operations within the existing StarCard customer base. You will be required to have a strong analytical and sales approach to ensure KPIs for retention and growth for our fleet customers are met. Working cross functionally within the organization and our service provider, will be required to help you achieve your goals, leveraging marketing, BI tools, outbound call centre and other resources to assist you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
StarCard customer in network volume targets and KPIs are met via development and rollout of customer initiatives
Source new affiliate StarCard merchants including the marketing of StarCard customers for new affiliates
Improve StarCard operations for fleet customers and merchants
Development of a customer engagement and comms plan to ensure delivery of KPIs
Develop management and reporting tools to support StarCard business needs
SOX Compliance requirements of the business unit
Owns change requests and other projects with our service provider.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Applies a proactive approach to sales
Possesses experience in retail and/or commercial & industrial fuel sectors
Experience in working with fleet and fleet related industries
Understanding of card payments will be a benefit
Develops commercially sound proposals
Ability to make outbound calls
Demonstrates strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel & BI proficiency
Shows a high level of initiative and self-motivation
