Chevron busca un Representante de Levantamiento Artificial y Corrosión (ALCR) para su operación en el Yacimiento El Trapial, Neuquén, bajo un cronograma rotacional 7x7. Este rol es esencial para garantizar la optimización de la producción, liderar análisis de fallas y coordinar operaciones críticas con foco en seguridad, eficiencia y excelencia operativa. Sobre el rol
Buscamos un profesional con sólida experiencia en ingeniería de producción para liderar la optimización de pozos, diseño de sistemas de levantamiento artificial y análisis de fallas. Este puesto combina conocimiento técnico, gestión de contratistas y uso de herramientas digitales para maximizar la eficiencia y garantizar operaciones seguras.


Responsabilidades

  • Optimizar la producción de pozos con surgencia natural y Gas Lift utilizando Prosper y GAP.

  • Realizar troubleshooting para identificar causas de pérdidas de producción en pozos y toma de acción correspondiente para restaurar las mismas o definir la falla de pozo.

  • Diseñar sistemas de levantamiento artificial (GL, BM, ES).

  • Definir maniobras de pulling y supervisar operaciones para toma de muestras y evidencias de fallas.

  • Liderar y Elaborar de Análisis de falla (RCA- Root Cause Análisis), Tear downs y Lookbacks. Realizar reportes gerenciales de los mismos (slides).

  • Utilizar tecnologías digitales para manejo de pozos por excepción (dashboards, Power BI, macros).

  • Gestionar actividades de contratistas, incluyendo requerimientos de seguridad y contratos.

  • Previsión de materiales, órdenes de compra y control de stock.

  • Dar soporte en dosificación de tratamientos químicos.

  • Controlar costos (Real vs Presupuesto) y realizar análisis económicos de alternativas.

Requisitos

  • Título en Ingeniería en Petróleo, Química o afines.

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en extracción convencional y no convencional.

  • Conocimiento en análisis nodal, diseño de instalaciones de extracción artificial y técnicas de producción.

  • Conocimientos básicos de reservorio, pulling, workover y tratamientos químicos.

  • Manejo de datos y herramientas digitales (tablas dinámicas, macros, dashboards en Power BI).

  • Habilidades para coordinar y trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.


Requisitos Preferentes

  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.

  • Base operativa: Yacimiento El Trapial, Neuquén.

  • Trabajo bajo cronograma rotacional 7x7.
