We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.   Position Summary: To manage drivers and distribution of product effectively and efficiently.   Duties/Responsibilities: Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members Ensure adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements Manage drivers’ delivery schedule and hours worked Establish and maintain positive customer relationships Serve as a liaison between distribution and sales Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Dispatch delivery routes on daily basis. Maintain routing / sequencing.  QualificationsEducation/Experience: High-School Diploma/GED Intermediate Computer Knowledge/Database Applications 1-3 years consumer products/direct store delivery experience required 1+ years management experience preferred Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirements   Required Skills/Abilities: Communication Skills Dexterity Skills Problem Solving Interpersonal Skills Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor   Work Environment: Works in air-conditioned office and frequently visits drivers in customer locations.   Physical Requirements: Visual and auditory abilities include depth perception and color vision Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling product Occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and bending Ability to lift/carry <100lbs Ability to push/pull <150lbs Full Time Hours: Tuesday thru Saturday 6am-4pm (hours negotiable) Pay: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience EOE
