JOB SUMMARY: Oversees the collection and reporting of student academic records for the building. Coordinates pre-registration, registration, enrollment, grade reports, permanent files and related systems. May perform clerical duties including drafting letters, memorandums and reports. Assists in the smooth and effective operation of the counseling office. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.
