Tier 2 Service Desk Support Specialist
As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance, the ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance and readily accessible archival copy of the most recently completed SF86 to be considered.
As a Tier 2 Service Desk Support Specialist at Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions, you will be at the forefront of providing comprehensive technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems and infrastructure. Leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience in IT support.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Tier 2 Service Desk Support Specialist: $85,000, pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Tier 2 Service Desk Support Specialist Responsibilities Include:
Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting approved software elements and operating systems including classified systems and networks
Escalating hardware repair/replacement issues to contracted hardware vendors, when applicable.
