About this role

We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for helping people to join our fast-paced Driver Support team. We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual ideas and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration and verification of stays according to the applicable regulations by place and reason.
  • Clarify doubts related to payment and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record and escalate mechanical failures, logging, and pending documents. Document issues with clients (e.g., no access, no PPE, no cats, etc.).
  • Answer calls on AWS, messages on Message Board and WhatsApp.
  • POD/BOL tracking to ensure complete documentation.
  • Check operator availability. Make operator checklists. Call operators returning from rest to confirm availability. Update ETAs in the system.
  • Record and close "pay" events during the weekends. Manage pension-related expenses.
  • Ensure that new operators have access to the assigned application and unit. Follow-up on advance requests and personal issues of operators. Monitor and follow up on operator bonuses.
  • 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred
  • Recent college or university degree in Logistics or Business-related field is required
  • Previous experience in an analyst role and or in logistics is an asset
  • Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment
