About this role

Overview

Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.

In this role, you’ll be working as a Recovery Worker, supporting adults who are accessing help for Ketamine use. You’ll hold your own caseload, building trusted relationships and guiding people through their recovery journey with empathy and confidence.

No two days are ever the same. Every person who walks through our doors is unique, so being flexible, curious, and a really good listener is essential. You’ll tailor your approach to each individual, helping them set goals, build motivation and navigate challenges along the way.

You’ll also keep clear, accurate records of your work. If you don’t mind a bit of paperwork and have a good eye for detail, you’ll be right at home. But most of your time will be spent doing what really matters—connecting with people from all backgrounds and seeing the positive impact you can have on their lives.
