About the Role

As an Alcohol Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting people on their recovery journey. Your work will focus on helping individuals to build resilience, reduce alcohol-related harm, and achieve long-term recovery. You will:

• Carry out assessments of need, including current use, history, health, and social situation.

• Develop personalised recovery plans in collaboration with service users.

• Deliver one-to-one and group alcohol-specific interventions.

• Run recovery pods and community groups to support people at different stages of their journey.

• Provide outreach to individuals, including those engaged in street drinking, supporting them to connect with treatment.

• Work closely with local agencies and partners to build effective care pathways.

• Promote safer choices, peer support and lasting recovery.

Location: CoventryHours: Full time, 37.5 per weekFull Time Salary Range*: £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 (dependent on experience)

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

• Can manage challenging situations with empathy, professionalism and respect.

• Is confident building trust and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Understands safeguarding and how to support vulnerable adults.

• Is organised, proactive and reflective in their practice.

• Brings a people-first approach, values inclusion and embraces continuous learning.
