About the Core People Solutions Team at CHANEL:
The Workday Analyst is a vital member of our Core People Solutions team, tasked with maintaining and enhancing the Workday experience for end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our essential people processes.
Situated in our London headquarters, our Workday Analysts are part of a core team of Subject Matter Experts who safeguard the system's integrity and accuracy, managing system configurations. Our IT team, based in India, oversees system integrations, and responds to service requests from regional stakeholders.
We are seeking to expand our London team with a Workday Analyst who will support the various geographic areas and time zones where Workday is deployed, serving as the single source of truth for managing our employee life cycle.
Your Role @ CHANEL:
Workday Analysts report to the global team, working in close collaboration with our regional Workday support teams to provide Tier-2 support activities. They serve as the main point of contact in their respective time zones, advocating for global principles and ensuring consistent Workday configurations.
Initially focused on Workday, there is potential for the role to grow to include other technological solutions centered around this Core Solution as we continue to enhance our People technology ecosystem and support model (i.e., Workday Extend).
