About this role

All’interno della divisione moda, sotto la responsabilità del Direttore della boutique di Milano Montenapoleone, il Learning Manager avrà il compito di accompagnare il team della boutique, nello sviluppo dell’eccellenza della Client Experience e dell’Expertise Fashion, in accordo con la strategia della divisione Moda Italia.
Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Coordinamento e implementazioni delle formazioni

  • Preparazione e animazione delle formazioni dedicate alle collezioni ed all’onboarding dei nuovi assunti, al fine di assicurare un allineamento sui messaggi chiave da trasmettere

  • Adattamento dei contenuti formativi ai bisogni delle boutique secondo le richieste dei manager e del team di vendita. Integrando i contenuti rispetto alle sue osservazioni ed analisi sul campo

  • Raccolta dei feedback della boutique e condivisione con il Team Training Moda Italia

  • Definire un piano di formazione delle risorse insieme ai Sales manager

  • Organizzare e pianificare un calendario di formazione all’interno di ciascuna boutique

  • Partecipare allo sviluppo di Action Plan individuali volti al costante miglioramento dell’esperienza cliente in boutique

  • Assicurare lo sviluppo di progetti strategici

  • Animare sessioni di formazione in boutique

  • Favorire l’utilizzo di strumenti digitali per la formazione

  • Supportare gli specialisti delle boutique per arricchire e co-animare le sessioni di formazione ed i morning briefing

  • Organizzare l’integrazione delle nuove risorse

  • Monitoraggio e accompagnamento sul floor del team al fine di assicurare l’efficacia dei training svolti e organizzare sessioni di coaching individuali

  • Eseguire report regolari dell’attività, sia qualitativi che quantitativi a livello delle boutique e del team training Italia, sviluppando KPI che consentano di misurare l’efficacia delle azioni messe in campo

  • Coordinare i Trainer Ambassador delle boutique

  • Partecipazione al Comitato Direttivo delle boutique, alle riunioni del team Training Moda e alle sessioni di Train the Trainer sui nuovi contenuti formativi

Profilo

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni all’interno del settore Luxury Retail, preferibilmente come formatore

  • Gradita esperienza nel campo del coaching

  • Eccellenti doti organizzative

  • Ottime competenze relazionali

  • Buone capacità di coniugare operatività e visione, forte orientamento al risultato

  • Leadership naturale e forte orientamento all’ascolto

  • Forte senso dell'osservazione e cura del dettaglio

  • Ottime capacità di lavorare in team

  • Sensibilità per l'esperienza del cliente ed un approccio multiculturale

  • Ottimo inglese ed utilizzo di strumenti digitali
