About this role

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT:

Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, you will contribute to the efficient client management and organization within our Mall of Emirates Fashion boutique while being the first point of contact to our clients and offering the highest level of service at all times.

KEY PARTNERS: 

Fashion Advisors, the wider Client Experience team and Boutique Management

IN THIS METIER, YOU ARE ENERGISED BY:

1. Client Experience

  • Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services.
  • Ensure customers are welcomed in the required manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Ensuring that each client is assigned to a Fashion Advisor once they enter the Boutique who will then assist them with their journey.

2. Queue Management

  • Advise, guide and help clients who are waiting to enter the boutique.
  • Ensure that the queue management tool is used correctly and efficiently.
  • Explain to our clients the philosophy behind our queuing system.
  • Recognising VIP clients and informing the Boutique Management team.

3. Boutique Operation:

  • Ensure that grooming standards are in line with Chanel image guidelines.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management.

COMPETENCIES

  • Previous experience in a Luxury environment with a strong service mindset.
  • Passionate about Fashion with strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong English and Russian communications skills are a must.

Your role is key to keeping the boutique running seamlessly and ensuring the team can deliver Chanel’s signature luxury experience at every turn.

By managing client flow, collaborating closely with Fashion Advisors, and upholding boutique standards, it creates an environment where every detail contributes to an outstanding client experience.

Beyond the day-to-day, this role amplifies the client experience by fostering teamwork, precision, and attention to detail.
