Leads and motivates the team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring brand strategy execution in airports/duty-free, managing sales targets, overseeing merchandising, conducting training, analyzing performance, and coordinating with stakeholders like marketing/operations to drive growth in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
5+ years of experience in management, developing markets, coaching and talent development, performance-driven mindset and with Effective communication preferably in the luxury and/or beauty industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel requiered with strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with large data sets.
Also, demonstrable skills in organization, communication, teamwork, prioritization of tasks, results-oriented, people management, and advanced MS Office Suite
Critical enabler for the organization to optimize performance, drive sales growth, and ensure that its strategies are aligned with both market trends and consumer needs.
