About this role
Job Mission:
•
Support event professional in enhancing brand image and client experiences ensuring efficient and solid working process and mutual understanding on business needs throughout the event preparation and execution
•
Support sustainable event management
Key Responsibilities:
•
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the allocation and distribution of various event tools such as retail speech, printing materials, client gifts, SPM etc.
•
Follow up with import & export of event props from global
•
Coordinate on press rack, backstage and logistics for collection related events
•
Support with documentation (i.e.visas) for entertainment incl. model show and/or live performance
•
Follow up event–related expenses
•
Collect post-event feedback from boutiques
•
Collect and consolidate post-event feedback from boutiques and share with relevant stakeholders for improvement
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
•
Bachelor degree or same level
Work Experience
•
1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in marketing or event management in the luxury/fashion industry
Required Competencies
•
Highly self-motivated with sharp attention to details, organizational, proactive, agile
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
•
Preferably fluent in Korean and English
•
Highly proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point
