Your role as Beauty Confidant is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Division by embodying the brand’s values and delivering an unforgettable, high-quality client experience. You will offer expert product knowledge, authentic guidance, and a personalized approach to ensure every client feels understood, inspired, and beautifully supported throughout their journey with CHANEL.
Key responsibilities include:
- Share your expertise and passion for fragrance, makeup, and skincare with every client.
- Provide a personalized and thoughtful experience, ensuring each client feels valued and understood.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects CHANEL’s high standards and attention to detail.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Contribute to sales goals by using all the tools available — from product storytelling and events to digital platforms.
- Encourage cross-selling by introducing clients to new product categories they’ll love.
- Embrace an omni-channel mindset, making the client’s journey smooth whether they shop in-store or online.
- Collaborate with your team and take part in a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone works toward shared success
What you can bring to the team:
We are looking for a service-oriented, empathetic, and enthusiastic professional who embodies the CHANEL spirit through exceptional client care and beauty expertise.
- Service & Expertise: Strong service mindset and genuine love for creating meaningful client experiences. Solid knowledge of beauty and fragrance with proven experience in makeup and skincare techniques.
- Authenticity & Confidence: Ability to recommend products with sincerity, tailoring advice to each client’s unique needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to make clients feel valued and understood.
- Emotional Intelligence: Empathy, authenticity, and an intuitive understanding of what the client truly wants.
- Client Orientation: Passion for the world of beauty, with a strong ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Problem Solving: A positive, solution-oriented mindset when facing challenges.
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
